hey classmates! It's Gabby so i was super confused about this whole BLOG thing. Im freaking computer illiterate! i jus do myspace and my e-mail. Any way back to skool stuff.
First off i've done these little surveys before i like them alot there informative so i was sort of expecting to b advanced in certain areas but it did'nt work out that way. When i've done the previous survey i found i am a BIG learner when i do,hear,see, and read over and over. This test i found i'm 90% in Intrapersonal (which means its all about me) and right now;this particular point in time i know that's true bcuz college is a point in ur life when it's ALL about u bcuz ur laying a solid foundation for ur future. I also had a 3 way tie in Musical Strength,existential strength, as well as Interpersonal strength. I scored 80% on all three of those. This was my first time actully hearing who came up w/this test and how it came about. I'm always down to learn random facts that is why i watch the discovery channel and national geographic =]
In lecture we also went over 2 Motivation Types i like to think i'm both...but in reality i lean toward Extrinsic (which is the praising out loud...celebrating by having a party w/enchiladas, rice and beans! lol Mmmm sounds delicious...ok jk jk! But besides being Extrinsic when it comes 2 motivation.But i jus wnt 2 say what truely motivates me is NOT wanting to dissapoint my personal goals i have constructed for myself... as well as not wanting to dissapoint my parentals.

I've never these kind of surveys before; although my results weren't what I thought they would be, I did learn some things about myself. I received a 50% on Interpersonal-I would have guessed myself around an 80%. I think what caused me to have a lower score was that the questions are so vague. Had it been stated, "I learn best interacting with others in Science" then I would've checked that one. Depending on the situation I learn better in groups and others I prefer to study alone. "I enjoy chat rooms"...well I'm a mother, wife, cubscout leader, 2 boys in soccer/ basketball, and not to mention 29 and holding (haha), I don't have time to visit chat rooms. Do I think I would? Maybe. But I can't say for sure if I haven't ever been in one, ya know? I like your honesty on your motivation type!! You want the party and special dinner but bottom line you want to make your parents proud!! Great job!!
